Oxford, NY Stewart’s Shop Review ⭐️ (1/5) If you’re heading through Oxford and considering stopping at this Stewart’s, do yourself a favor and keep driving. The coffee was an absolute disaster—cold, stale, and seemingly the result of multiple pots being dumped together into a foul, burnt concoction. If Frankenstein ever broke a sweat, I imagine it would taste something like this. The donut I grabbed wasn’t any better. It had the distinct flavor of old, rancid oil, making it nearly inedible. This isn’t the first time this location has been a disappointment, and it seems to have gone downhill ever since the previous manager left for greener pastures. Honestly, if you care at all about the quality of what you eat or drink, avoid not just this Stewart’s, but Chenango County altogether. Finding decent food here is like searching for a unicorn—it’s just not happening.

I would have loved to put higher stars but I can't... The Oxford store started out as a lovely place to go for ice cream, coffee, and a quick meal to go. Now it's a dirt infested establishment. Nothing is ever stocked and the sex and drug activity is increasing... It's a rotating door of employees so there is no comradery to create excellent customer service. Hopefully corporate can get a better stewarts stewardess to stop the rotating door and retain employees... So sad to see these local establishments die at the hands of the higher ups... Hoping for a better future for the local stewarts in our area.

Stewart’s gas stations are fantastic. They have everything you need, easy and on hand. They could use an additional staff member when there are ice cream orders, or you could wait 20 min for your soda. But overall really good.

Worst customer service ever. Waited in line at the register for over 5 minutes, and then the cashier waited on someone else who was in line behind me with a bunch of items at a different register. The other attendant looked over at me 5 or 6 times and went about other, obviously more important work. Not impressed.

I love this place. Fresh milk and their ice cream is amazing. They make the best sundaes around. The staff is great, always courteous and helpful. Good coffee, snacks and so much more.

They were out of the strawberry shortcake ice cream that I had wanted to try and the shift supervisor offered to go in the back and grab the new box that just got delivered and bring it out which was so kind of her! It was sooo good too! Stewart’s ice cream is the best! 🍦
