Stewart's Shops Customer Reviews

The lady cashing us out wouldn’t accept the scratch off for $10 because I didn’t have my ID, me and my boyfriend are both of age with ID and she said since I HANDED it to her i had to be the one to show id. She had a nasty attitude and never in my life had to do that. 0 stars if I could.

I am a regular here and for two good reasons. 1.) The employees are so pleasant and nice. 2.) The coffee is always fresh and delicious.

2 stars for cleanliness of store, 0 stars for service !! I have visited this Stewart's in the past (summer and fall of >2022). The staff (on duty) that dealt with my transactions were not the greatest but tolerable. *I visited on 3/28/23 at approximately 3:30 PM and have never met the two [female] most rudest cashiers/staff. They were so up-front and blantent with their miserable selves that they were taking it out on their customers.* I will not step foot in this Stewart's ever again. This comment is for the owner/manager that does the hiring ... vet your prospective employee's better. Watch some of your surveillance cameras (hopefully they have audio) However, you can see through their actions a lot of their nastiness. I can't express enough that you should check who was working on that day at the time I stated. For the sake of your customers and business I would seriously reconsider their enjoyment.

I've held back posting about this one enployee. Ive tried thinking maybe shes having a bad day. Every day is a a bad day obviously. After what I saw today I think the right set of eyes needs to see this comment. Not only is Rae rude and most of the time unhelpful to the staff getting slammed with patrons. Today she was screaming at the top of her lungs at a volunteer firefighter that was blocking traffic because of a vehicle that rolled over. Yelling at him to figure it out but she cant have all that traffic coming into her parking lot. Not only did you not have to go into stewarts parking lot but some cars were trying to circumnavigate the volunteer firemans truck by using the parking lot. I was stuck there for 2 light cycles. I could not believe a human would talk to another human in the manner she did let alone a volunteer fireman trying to redirect traffic on his own time for free with his gas. Very sad

Well I stopped and did my shopping. I had 3 items one was a gallon of milk. The male that was at the register in the rear of the store was not only ride but decided to walk away and do something else while I was waiting to pay. When my payment went through instead of gathering my purchases up and bagging them he just ignored me. When I mentioned I needed a bag he rudely told me it was a nickel. I had to break a five while listening about the law. Guess I won't be shopping at Stewarts much anymore. Don't need a lesson on the law from a Stewarts cashier.
