Half of the overhead lights at the pumping station are burnt out, the gas pump is broken so I have to hold it the entire time I’m pumping gas, and the only method they have for you to get water is to use a sink. Do better.

Who ever is working nights is very racist. My dad, me and my little brother went in to grab some snacks and whoever was at the register wanted to ID us all because my dad wanted to buy beer for himself and we also had other items that you don’t need an ID for and not to mention this was my first time at this gas station. I always go to gas stations with my dad and this never happens. She was also so rude and nasty about it and by looking at the other reviews I’m guessing it’s the same person. They really got to check up on this gas stations or check her and fix her attitude. Also when I walked in they were talking and not doing anything no greeting no nothing.

This place is open 24/7 I go in at 10pm nothing to eat when asked no Hot dogs , no pizza no hamburgers ? The guy at the counter says the roller grill is broke, ok no pizza no hamburgers he then says oh the ovens are broken too this is hard to believe that everything that makes hot food is broke!! I stop here just about every other night and same thing no hot food. It's hard to except that every night after 10 or 11 there is no hot food extremely poor customer service. So then I ask the guy at the counter for 2 packs of cigarettes he rings me out for only one. If this was my place I would fire them all. And if it is your policy to not have any hot food after like 10 pm there should be a sign that says no Hot food after 10 pm. I wanted to get fuel something to eat and get back on the highway now I had to go out of my way to either go to TA Travel Centers of America or Burger King. I will have to rethink coming here so much for being a speedway customer advantage card. This place is poorly run employees always goofing around behind the counter and not paying attention to customers

This is the best gas station in Orange County NY they have the freshest coffee at all times fresh grounds great deals on gas and snack

I go to this speedway daily. & this assistant manger needs some people work. The assistant manager is very nasty went in today and said something about a pump not working & she went very nasty there’s a sign on the pump no sign was on the pump. I left the store and she started talking bad about me to another employee not knowing my daughter was still in the store. This not the first time she has talked bad about customers.
