It's not among the top places to get gas but for this city it's conveniently located. I normally wouldn't review a gas station but I go here often and for some reason I just decided to read the reviews. No yall can't get mad at them employees! Yes there is a hold on all transactions because in new jersey yall don't pump your own gas so the attendant has to run it as credit which is why they asked you for your zip code. The hold releases in like 10 minutes after the transactions finalize. Don't like it pay for it inside as debit. But then most gas stations are separate from the convenience store on the lot. These ain't Wawas or quick checks etc. Poor guy said someone beat him up because of this mentality. I'm pretty sure everyone got their money back from the hold that day if not within minutes. With the exception of the ones who swiped multiple times. At that point it will take a few days to clear but it'll be back. Yall need to be more strategic on where you get your gas if you low on funds tho.

They took $ 59.00 from my cash app card. After swiping it 3.x and said my card declined. Left to the next gas station down the block and found my card pending from them when they never gave me the gas I went back to Shell and showed him the pending. He then got hostile and said it wasn't his problem. Police report filed. I'm just waiting on the pending charges.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Scammer's with skimmers.💯

I went to this gas station and used my credit card, unbeknownst to me, I had a charge of $100 plus the amount of $20 that I had asked for gas, the $100 was a hold for the gas, that was upsetting to me because I did not have much money in my account. I called the gas station and they said it would take up to 5 days to go back onto my credit card. I can see a few dollars but $100 was out of the question , be forewarned.

The worst gas station in New Jersey! Their gas don't last! The customer service experience is horrendous whether you get gas or shop at their subpar min-mart. The snacks are way past expiration date! The people have no customer service training whatsoever! They act like they are doing you a favor! Do not support Shell Gas Station! They do not appreciate your business! Why are they here? Poorly managed and terrible training, if any!

Super slow service, i was the only car there with 2 attendants who acted like I was invisible. I asked the man inside after 5 mins if I could pay him and pump my own gas...logical question...he catches an attitude rells me to wait for the guys so i hurry up and wait and eventually left as they started helping the 3 ppl that camr after me
