I came to get my wiper blades changed and I had brought them at Walmart but they weren’t the right size so they was nice enough to switch wiper blades with me that they already had in their shop and I honestly feel the wipers they gave me are so much better then the ones I had purchased. Thank you so much for switching wipers with me that was super thoughtful and like I really appreciate that!

No Stars. Store items were expired. TO return he advises he can only allow me to exchange. I advised reason for return is due to his stock being expired. As I advised him to dial 911 he allegedly called the store Manger whom advised him to give the refund. The purchase was on 8/21/2022. if forced me to give at least one star but not earned

Today was the second time iv been to this service station and it was awesome. They are always willing to help. I work in the area and got a huge piece of metal in my tire,I brought it to shell and Max quickly helped to get it patched and fixed and out of there in a half hour they also helped to make sure all of my other tires were good before I left .

AWFUL. Terrible service. I walked in and the two employees were yelling at each other. They told me to come in at 2pm for a state inspection and that I could pick the car up after 30 minutes. I got there at 2pm and they said no they're too busy right now, it would be more like 3-3:30. I told them I would only leave the car if they can guarantee 3:30 pick up because I have a flight to catch afterwards and need my car. They guaranteed it. I got there at 3:35 and the car had not moved, they said they were just going to do it now! Then I complained and said you should have just told me no, so they said we will just do it now it will only take 1 minute. Then why didn't they do it in the last hour and a half that they had! Extremely unprofessional and disorganized
