Waseem, Beautiful renovation on the gas station!!! I have been a patron for years and the service has always been incredible. Khawar is always a kind and helpful man. The new convenience store is bright and loaded with wonderful refreshments. New, clean bathroom facilities and amazing staff like Ibrahim and Umar. These men have always been very kind and helpful to not only myself and my family, but to other patrons as well. I’m so happy that I can stop in everyday after work. Missed you guys during the renovation but happy to see you’re back, better than ever!

This gas station stole money from my son. He got 10 dollars in gas and they charged him 107. Everytime we have followed up the manager hasn’t been there. Straight up thieves

This station has BAD gas!! Shortly after I filled up with premium my check engine light came on and the car had reduced power. Turns out I had to replace my high pressure fuel pump and sensor because of contaminated gas! Don’t go here! Cost me over 1k to fix my Audi.

Okay gas station, customer service is okay....bathroom was decent surprisingly clean. Gas prices were a bit steep.

On 08/09/23 I drove to Shell Rockaway located at 8 Greenpond Rd,Rockaway NJ 078656 to pump gas. The gas was pumped by the Shell employee as New Jersey is the state where you cannot pump your own gas. The gas tank of my car was almost empty when I was there. So I asked theShell staff to pump $50 premium gas for me. Few minutes after pumping the gas, my car stopped working. I had to pull over and called the emergency road service. My vehicle was purchased brand new last year and it comes with a 4 years warranty. I was not sure what was going on with the car. So I called my dealer, the tow truck arrived and towed my vehicle to Aucra. The technician from dealership inspected the vehicle and generated a report for me. In the report, it was shown that the green fluid coming out from the gas tank was not fuel. Please find the photo attached to see what the green fluid looks like. Since the car was purchased brand new and it did not have any issue in the past, it is believed that the issue was caused by the gas. We called Shell corporate to report it and they asked us to contact the gas station as it is independent owned. We called the gas station and was told to call the manager. Manager never call back. It is very frustrating and time consuming. Looking to seek legal advices. Please see the photo for the green fluid.
