My 10 year old Subaru Impreza with 34.000 miles showed "check engine" light. My Port Chester mechanic urged a diagnostic test. Paid $200 at Subaru Stamford, result: car needs repairs totaling $7,000! Stunned & disbelief!!! I love my car, am a senior, maintained car well, though driven little while my husband was very ill. My emission's test loomed large! To the rescue came an acquaintance who took me to Chris. He called promptly: engine needed to be flushed, could they do it? YES! A mucked up sensor was found, replacement $700, could they buy it? DEFINITELY! 2 days later I received my car back, repaired, cleaned inside/out & driving better/firmer than ever before! The cost was 1/5th of Subaru dealer's estimate! Passed emission's test with flying colors! Chris & his Team know cars & what needs doing, aside from being kind. They earned my highest praise for knowhow & decency!

Have always come here and been a loyal customer. Sold me fake zyn and brought it back for a refund the employee was completely unfriendly to begin with although having purchased from him for years. He then said the employee that was working here earlier and sold it to me is the only person that can refund it. I said okay so check the shifts and let me know who was here earlier so I can come back when he’s here, he said no. Do not ever buy any nicotine product from here because they don’t sell real anymore. $9 and he couldn’t do the right thing for his loyal customer . Not to mention my boyfriend had his car serviced here last month - they kept delaying and was there for 2 weeks, when he picked it up it leaked oil the next day. He had to get it towed, then they kept it again for 2 more weeks and they made him pay extra for all the issues they didn’t catch the first time. Will not be coming back. Oh and he threw the zyn at me when I was leaving!

I’m a dad in California and my daughter in college in Ithaca, was staying with grandparents in Greenwich for a NYC internship. All the ABS and traction control lights came on her old Lexus. Greenwich shell was able to diagnose and replace a wheel speed sensor and get her back on the road just a couple days as promised, as she had to go back to school the next day. they used factory parts, the cost was much higher than expected but the manger called me back and explained clearly all the cost and all costs were clearly justified, I’m am super satisfied! Thank you taking care of my daughter , (and her grandfather for 40+ years!)

I popped my tire and Shell sent out a mechanic to meet me within minutes. He changed my tire on the spot, made me aware that all tires needed to be changed, and provided me with a lot of helpful information. Very impressed with their service and accommodating me so quickly on the weekend!

Guido and his staff are absolutely amazing. I began coming to them over 5 years ago with my old SUV and the were professional and informative about what the process was. I never felt that I was taken advantage of as a woman who knows nothing about vehicles and costs so when I finally purchased a new vehicle they were the first and only place I went to for repairs when my vehicle was hit. Guido and the staff are always welcoming and ready to help. This review has been long overdue and just wanted everyone to know that your vehicle is in excellent hands if you ever need repairs.
