Walked into the store a few nights ago and grabbed a Starbucks double shot espresso. It was not ringing up on the register and the employee asked how much it was. I stated it was $2.69 in which he accused me of lying... it was indeed $2.69. Tonight I walked in with my girlfriend and we pulled up along the curb. The same employee, while smoking a cigarette near the pumps, told us to park in a spot. While we were gathering s few items more cars parked where we initially parked. We left, but I reentered to ask for a business card to contact the manger. The employee stated he did not have one and that's when I asked if there was an issue with me. Word for word "F**k your face" came out of the gentleman's mouth. The hiring process needs to be more thorough at this place. I will take the extra mile to go to 7/11 in Pearl River.

Nice store. Clean. But the guy working there makes me not want to go there. He doesn't say anything, he stares and follows you to each isle. Very unpleasant. Maybe there are allot of thieves? I don't know

hiring process needs to be thought out more. one of the employees didnt know how to charge my credit card on the register and I was forced to use the atm to pay in cash (i was supposed to be charged credit price for the gas but he rang me up for the cash price and the card wouldnt swipe through to pay)

Haven't used Shell for the longest and now I know why. A wasted of my time. Stood there waiting because the pump screens says to "lower the handle to get discounts". What?... Already swiped my card, nozzle in the car, selected the grade, it just won't start the pump! After a few wasted minutes of pressing help, with no help arriving, and fidgeting with every control latch in sight, I walked inside. The teller says I need to keep the handle in the cradle until the computer process the payment, then take the nozzle out and choose the grade... Seriously Shell? Over 25 years of driving and pumping gas I've never experienced this problem. Thanks for wasting my time.
