I got a flat tire today and lucky for me the shell station was right there. I pulled in and they couldn’t have been nicer helping me. I am very appreciative of their service.

They clean my windshield every time was that awful squeegee that they use on everyone’s car. I politely ask them not to do it because the glass is ceramic coated and they do it anyway. Very annoying

Horrible horrible experience at the shell gas station today. Upon my 74 year old mother visiting the establishment today her vehicle was running hot so she asked for her fluids to be checked, she informed the attendant that she had her own antifreeze and would he be so kind as to assist her, well he assumed it would be ok to charge her $10.00 for his help. But that's not what I'm mad at. When I asked for a receipt for the service (scam) suddenly no one speaks English. No one knew anything after that, no one knew where the chart was for that particular service, nor for a phone number for an translater. So, he rigged up a receipt written in ink with just the numbers $10.00. Then the female inside became extremely irrate when asked for her assistance, refused to reveal her identity and suggested I get coporates number the best way I can. Two thumbs down. For those who can stomach being disrespected I recommend Shell of Little Silver, for those who cannot, take your service elsewhere.

hands down best experience with an auto shop. amazing service, attentive and detailed work, and all at a very reasonable price. im not going anywhere esle as long as this crew is around.
