I went to this place to put gas in cash, but I had 1 dollar bills and the person who helped me asked me why they were only 1 dollar bills. I think it's money and it's not right that you have a problem. It seems wrong to me.

More than once, I have received considerably less gass than usual. I mentioned this to my sister and she said the same has happened to her. I thought it was just me. At the other gas station I dont have this problem. Also, I gas up when I hit mid tank. ALWAYS! I know my car. If anyone else has had this happen to them please share. But I wont be back to this Shell station.

Be careful, they will charge you twice then deny it to the bank. The gas prices are good though. Their pumps seem to be tampered with since unauthorized charges show up soon after.

They pick and choose who they want to be nice to. If you dont look like your made of money or a certain way they are nasty. Only good thing is it says cash credit same price. I wont be patronizing anymore. I will let everyone i know not to go to this shell. Update I contacted shell through their website. Never recieved a response or a call back months later. More reasons not to go to this shell. They really dont care about people in the community. They just want the money. Go across street to the other gas station Citgo. The guy there treated me.like a human being.

Always have good prices and plenty of pumps. Also shell fuel rewards saves me at least 3 cents on every gallon. Good location on Hempstead turnpike.
