SHAMROCK gas station is located at 4815 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Holbrook, NY 11741, serving local users within the 'Nearby Gas Stations' category. You can contact them at (631) 468-8802 or +1 631-468-8802.

Based on customer reviews, this SHAMROCK station offers competitive fuel prices, particularly for cash payments. Customers report a 20-cent surcharge for credit card transactions, which is not readily visible from the road. The gas is described as "good quality," lasting long and burning well.

However, the station receives mixed feedback regarding its customer service. While the evening staff, particularly a "pleasant, professional, and friendly lady," is praised, the morning shift is criticized for lacking customer service. One customer specifically mentioned avoiding the station during the morning shift due to "unpleasant people" who do not provide adequate service.

Additionally, customers have noted issues with the parking lot being "a little tight" at times and with customers lingering at the pumps after filling up, causing delays for others.

The station provides fuel services. Customer feedback highlights competitive cash prices, quality gas, but also concerns about customer service and parking.

In summary, SHAMROCK gas station offers:

  • Fuel services
  • Competitive cash prices
  • 20-cent surcharge for credit card transactions
  • Good quality gas
  • Mixed customer service reviews (positive evening staff, negative morning staff)
  • Tight parking lot
  • Issues with customers lingering at pumps

Potential customers should be aware of the pricing difference between cash and credit, the potential for parking congestion, and the inconsistent customer service depending on the time of day. If you are paying cash, and avoid the morning shift, this location may be a good option for you.

SHAMROCK Customer Reviews

Prices are 20c higher for credit vs cash and this isn't visible from the road. Otherwise no problems with this gas station, everyone is friendly. Parking lot can be a little tight at times but nothing drastic

Shamrock offers the lowest price per liter for good quality gas in this area. The gas lasts long, burns well in our trucks, and more than goes the distance others don't. But I have two major problems with Shamrock: 1. People who have already run their gas, take forever to leave the pumps and are not considerate of others waiting in line. 2. They sometimes use the wrong people as their sales person. There is a very pleasant, professional and friendly lady there most nights. Unfortunately, the morning shift lacks customer service. Whenever I have an idea he is there, I just go to another location, because I rather not deal with unpleasant people, who are not smart enough to at least try the little thing we call 'customer service.' Some people are just not fit for it, sorry Shamrock.

Both employers were not wearing masks, as well as 2 people just hanging out in the small store having coffee with no mask on Toxic place for sure. Enter at your own risk. I'm never risking it again

If I could give them zero stars I would. They were allowing customers to walk in and out of the place buying lotto with no masks on, the people were hanging out right in front of the entrance chatting and shaking each others hands with no masks on. What they are allowing at this establishment during a pandemic is reckless and irresponsible and I will not be going there anymore.

It must have changed owners. Some sick, bizarre weirdo is working the counter. Honestly? He sounds disturbed. Besides; I'm there to buy gas, not to listen to gibberish. Now I drive another block to the next gas station. They talk normal there.
