Rude staff! I had a reward for a free slushie for my birthday. I ordered it and went to get card scanned. The lady at register was trying to charge me, she said that was only for coffee. The reward specifically stated, “free regular coffee, fountain drink or slushie”. She insisted only for coffee. Why does the reward state otherwise then? Before this trip I went to get gas and scanned for the 10 cents off reward I was sent. It wouldn’t scan so I requested help. I told the woman the issue, she said to try again. I did still would not scan. No one would come out to help, so I just paid regular price bc I needed gas. Both times I left this place irritated! I will not be back unless they train their staff properly. Why offer rewards and not honor them?

Two experiences in one day my first was amazing I left feeling like a million bucks. I stopped in after taking my girlfriend on a date to show her rutters cause she’s never been. We stopped at the bar and she had a slushy and I had a beer and they were both very much good. I used the slot machine won $140 dollars I even got to try the new propel guava flavor. 10/10 experience. My second experience was actually truthfully awful I left on my way home popped in for a beer and chicken tenders….. When asked for my ID I did give it to the bar tender but she refused it whenever I was there about 4 hours ago and was served which wasn’t fair in my opinion, and on top of that she said it was tampered when it wasn’t and is a real ID that is just very very old. I actually don’t really look like me when I was 19 anymore (27 btw). To make my experience worse I still got my chicken tenders but received a giant chicken chunk ball which was kinda not appetizing so I passed. The mozzarella sticks I ordered were over cooked and 3 bites of the 3 sticks I took there was no cheese in them overcooked. I’m very humble MTO and sheetz is coming to this area this place really rubbed me wrong. 👎🏼

Rutters are usually well run. This one is not. 44 minute wait for a cheeseburger and fries. Staff didn't seem like they were organized.
