I don’t usually write reviews for gas stations, but this experience was exceptional. A few weeks ago, I added $40 cash to my account but, in my rush, completely forgot to actually pump the gas! Nearly 30 minutes later, as I got near my apartment, I realized my mistake and hurried back to the station, worried the gas would be gone. Raja, the employee behind the counter, was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. He immediately got Sonu, the manager, on the phone, and they both worked together to make things right. Despite it being entirely my fault, they went above and beyond, taking nearly half an hour to ensure my prepaid amount wasn’t used up by someone else. In the end, they honored the full $40 and let me fill up my tank. This kind of customer service is rare and truly deserves recognition. Thank you, Raja and Sonu, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!
