This I a gas station I always used to purchase gas because it is closed to my home. Went there today to purchase gas inside of the store. One of the cashier asked if it was debit or credit. I said it doesn’t matter, debit. He stated why I don’t used the card outside. I stated, I don’t feel like doing so today. If you are not allowed to do debit inside ok with me credit. He replied credit can be done outside as well. I said to the guy, I want to do my transaction inside. I didn’t state my reason why. Most of the time I have to be requesting my charges knowing I keep a track of my purchase s due to the distance of my job. I had to say to both cashiers inside you rather loose a customer over a charge done inside than to provide service, they both laughed. I had to drive to another gas station Shell to get my gas which isn’t far either. From now on I won’t be using this gas station. They have lost a loyal gas customer . Let them keep laughing, I’m not loosing money or customers, this business is for poor service due to their cashiers. I hope their managers see this & fired them. Let it be a lesson learned. When they loose a customer another gas station gained & eventually they will be out of business & their jobs.
