Pride Customer Reviews

Be careful!!! Watch your debit card at the pump! Got a call from my bank the next day. I went to the pump and used my card. It was declined, ( why?) I knew there was plenty of money on this card. Tried again, declined again. So I went into the store and purchased gas. The next morning, my bank card alerted me. It shut my card . Because each time it was declined it charged 1.00. The second time it charged a 1.84. suspicious activity. Called the bank to straighten everything out. The bank said I should call pride. I had to go through all this to activate my card again. This happened just before New Year's!! I would've had to wait until after New Year's. Btw my bank is in Florida 😡Come on Pride!!! Stop the madness. That's called overcharge

If you're looking for some gas or a snack at midnight you'll have to wait a while. The store attendant seems to take a long break every night then. There's usually a line waiting outside when I arrive, and these people are not happy.

I have been a client for over 4 years now. Suddenly they installed these new pumps with ads that are just way too loud and annoying. Can't believe they got that greedy... Big Y it is now... Very sad...

Bro whoever guy is working this night shift is beyond gross. I go to random prides every other day for glaze donuts and a coffee l, and he has it close to my reach, (I had the wax paper to grab it) but tells me he gonna grab it instead and puts his bare nasty hands on it so I told him I didn't want it cuz he grabbed it "with mad finger tips" then says "well u gonna have to wait" so I left! Feel sorry for whoever gonna eat those fingerprinted donuts 😭

I was pumping gas and all of a sudden I look down to gas pouring out of my tank. I was shocked- the machine didn’t “click” to tell me it was filled! I was freaking out, and went inside to inform someone that there was a spill and that there is something possibly wrong with the pump. The man who helped me was extremely apologetic and calmed down my anxiety and cleaned up the spill quickly. I do not know if they shut down the pump or not but i’m extremely grateful for the customer service I received and hope they did.
