Pride Customer Reviews

Do we really need advertisements at the pumps blasting garbage into our ears at a level 10? I just want to pump my gas in peace.

Cashier was rude and condescending. Not helpful at all. Their air machine costs money and I am not paying to use it. Their Fas Rewards app is useless, I’ll stick to Cumby’s even if it’s a few cents more.

Employees are awesome, especially Samara. But fas rewards suck knob. ETA: prices on everything have gone up, the app doesn’t work right, and ‘rewards’ can’t be used. The transition from Pride to whatever they are now is terrible. It’s like they never bought a gas station before.

Pride Stores decided to swap apps, they went to Fas Rewards. TERRIBLE DECISION. They didn't not swap over my account like they said and now I cannot get fuel through the app. Apparently Stephanie Daniels is the only person at Fas Rewards that can help customers.... that's really great she doesn't answer her phone or return messages I guess I will go back to Cumberland Farms in Granby.

I have been doing business there for many years. Despite the fact that gas is very expensive. Today I had the employee come outside for no reason but to be disrespectful to me. I was just pumping gas and not saying anything. I will NEVER go near this place again!!! I don't deserve that treatment!!!!
