Disrespectful. I asked them to maybe take a look at the pump due to my card not working. Immediately, instead of asking about possible damages to my card or swiping it inside, the cashier states, “ you need money on that card in order to get gas “. So I said oh yeah? What made you think there wasn’t any money? He proceeded to shake his head. I used to go here now and then. Now? Yeah right

I had the best experience at the Patriot Fuels in Milford, Ct this evening. I was trying to put air into my tires and was having trouble getting a firm connection of the air hose, to the tires. Anthony came out and helped me get the air hose to connect to my tires correctly. At the same time he was taking care of other people as they came into the gas station. He was kind, courteous and had a smile on his face for everyone this evening. He went above and beyond in customer service. THANK YOU!😀

Stopped for gas and then needed air for tires, hose is cut off at tip. It's been like that for 3 months! No air, no gas for me.

Very friendly service. Gas prices are good and they charge you the cash price when you use your ATM card.
