We need something different from 7-Eleven's in this area! It was a great idea to bring Tim Hortons here! But please, I hope some manager sees my review and retrains or coaches the staff. I arrived around 6:10 am, and the two ladies were in the kitchen listening to loud music. We waited for several minutes, and no one came to assist us! We went to the cashier at Bolla to ask if they were open, and he said yes, even called them, but they ignored him as well. I went back and waited a little longer. Honestly, I was about to give up and head to 7-Eleven, where at least they serve me 🤣. Eventually, she came out with a terrible attitude, as if I was interrupting her personal concert coming from the "kitchen." She then told me that they only accepted cash, no cards. Seriously, who carries cash nowadays? Luckily, I had some leftover cash in my wallet and was able to use it. But I left very disappointed! Another thing I noticed is that Bolla has many sparkling water options, but only one flavorless option! Not all of us love artificial flavors in our water; please bring more plain sparkling water!

USED MY DEBIT CARD AND BY PASSED PIN (WHICH IT ASKS) AND WAS CHARGED CREDIT PRICE... CASHIER TRIED TO TELL ME I USED CREDIT... WILL NEVER GO BACK, AND FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE!!!

If you pay cash they will charge you the credit price. They do this and customers don’t even notice. Drive past this place don’t stop unless you want to be ripped off
