It's 1 o clock in the night i came here to visit a friend. I was going back to NYC. I stopped here to fill gas and I asked guy can I use his washroom. He looked at me and after thinking a lot he decided not to let me use it. I am asian and he was an Indian too. His behavior was totally unprofessional and racist. Washroom is a necessity if you can't let people use them why you have them at first place. I owned a 7 eleven and a gas station in NYC and I never stop people of using washroom. Such a unprofessional behavior.

Just left this place after waiting for about 20 minutes found out the employee was in the bathroom the whole time. Nothing wrong with that but still waited quite a bit. Some people left I waited. Finally gets out of the bathroom and I go to buy a propane exchange and he tells me straight up no propane. I went back to my car which I parked near the cage where all the propane tanks are and I counted at least 7 with blue tap which means those are full tanks. Went back inside and I told him I see propane in there that is full, he responded no no propane no propane with a broken English , i insisted and he agreed to check but I had to wait . I thought because there were people there and he wanted to helped them do that they just needed to pay then come outside and help me. This guy came out with a 12 inch screwdriver and no keys to open the cage. He started to saying no this is no good and going around and around again talking with a broken English I could barely understand. I wanted to barbecue tonight but I guess because of this piece of garbage who just because didn’t want to sell me propane I can’t. I always came here to buy propane and fill my car with gas but I guess this is the last time they see me there. I will follow up with the manager soon enough as I live right around the corner from there and get to the bottom of this. *manager/owner* if you have a gram of balls reach back to me and I’ll show you how to run business in america.

Business doesn’t have a return policy posted anywhere not even on the receipt. Laws state 60 days if not posted. I was denied a return on coolant I purchased 10 days after. Manager was rude telling me I’m trying to take advantage. Insanity! I literally work down the block and use this station for gas weekly.

I wish I could give it a ZERO star. Went to use the air pump there, swiped my credit card, and followed instruction. The pump turned out to be out of order. No sign there whatsoever. Explained politely to the Indian attendant inside. He was dismissive, refused to give a refund, and asked me to leave. Can you believe it? Don't ever go there. The most expensive gasoline in the area also, as described by other reviewers.
