“Got gas” here, it is in quotations as the machine didn’t pump a single drop into my car. It is a full service station so you cannot feel the flow of the gas yourself as you pump. I paid for a small amount, about 3 gallons worth (my car gets 20 mi/gallon) I also pulled in with 28 miles to empty. Upon turning on my car, after the attendant “pumped”, my car remained at “28 miles to empty”. This has never happened before, the car is fairly new and registers the gas immediately, even in real time as the gas is being pumped if I forget to turn the car off so I knew right away that the pump may have been faulty. I went inside to explain as much to the attendant and he printed my receipt for me and told me to drive around the block, the gas will register. I explained that this is abnormal and the gas should already be there, but he insisted. I obliged and not only did my gas not go up, it went down. I went back and he is insistent that something is wrong with my car instead of his pump while refusing to show me that the pump is in good working order. I suggested he grab a gas can and pump gas in the exact way he did to my car and he flat out refused, telling me instead he will simply pump some out into the street to show me the pump is working to which I did not believe that would suffice as I cannot tell if the flow diminishes as it goes. At this point he told me to just call the cops to which I knew would be useless in this case. I have reported them and have also filed a proper complaint as well as a request to inspect the machine. A simple mistake or machine error showed this place to be a dishonest and crooked establishment, more concerned with stealing money than with making an error on their part right. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. Just went and put gas in my truck. Started with 28 miles till empty and did not go up a single bit. “Manager” who was extremely rude says- something wrong with truck go drive a mile it will reset. We went and drove around the block and miles went down to 26. We went back and his only response was to call the police if we think he stole from him. Obviously we would not waste the police time for something like this. But it is absolutely ridiculous the level of indecency from a brand name station and from the person who claims to be the manager. Very unfortunate as this is right around the corner from my house. Place is very unprofessional. Do not get an inspection from them either as they carved out a square in my windshield tint to put my inspection sticker on my other car. Shame on me for trusting them period.

Manager on duty January 2nd at 11am was extremely rude and unprofessional. My wife and I had an issue with one of the pumps. So as we remained there to try and sort out he went to assist another customer waiting and proceeded to use less than acceptable language to describe myself, my wife and our situation to another customer as we were within 5 feet of them. He continued to badger us and talk in a negative way. Never have I ever been so offended at a gas station of all things. If this is the level of professionalism that is acceptable of management in this place- I wouldn’t suggest coming here for anything more than a candy bar.

DO NOT FILL UP HERE. I filled up here and now my car has issues I had to drain the tank. They don’t answer the phone either. Stay far away

Elan, the gas attendant remembers us and fills our spare gas tank while in the trunk. That’s a huge help when there are little ones in tow.
