I've never had worse customer service. They should just have a self serve, because the man pumping strolled out to my car, on his phone and stood outside my window, not saying a word. I had to say "Hi!" before he looked up. I'll never go to a Getty again

This place is horrible. The attendant is an entitled immature kid. Rude when I pulled up to the pump shouting that I had to wait on him then exclaimed “my daddy owns this place so it runs on my time” seems like a history of bad service since they can’t do enough business to take care of the building and parking lot. Surprised a place in such poor condition is allowed to even operate. If I could give zero stars I would.

Went to get gas here and they only had premium. Were rude about it and would have left if my tank was not on E. Avoid it if possible. Not worth having some rude attendant charge you stupid prices unless you really have no other choice.

There must have been a leak in the hose. My poor mother told the attendant he was getting gas on the car and he didn’t act phased. Now she has to get the car cleaned.

Pumps did not work. No attendant. Beware....could be location for credit card fraud (Card skimmers on unattended pumps?)
