Do not go here. Terrible customer service. Was refused gas because I reversed up to the pump, while attendant was on the opposite corner of the pumps, and nothing behind me. Apparently that’s a capital offense, even though there’s no signage, or any real reason (except for the guy’s terrible attitude) why this is such a problem.

I have gotten gas here throughout the years quite a bit whenever I’m in Pittsfield and I know this particular attendant has been working there for years today He was very very rude. There was an older woman trying to pull into the same side pumps that I was going to. He informed me to move up the same time she was moving in and I felt that was in appropriate. I was not cutting her off he intern kept saying to me in a stern, nasty voice move forward about two or three times in the same voice then he went over to the woman in the car who must’ve been about 7580 and proceeded to tell her in the same voice to move around. After he pumped my gas, I said I am sorry you had such a bad day, but there was no reason to be rude but before I even got through my sentence, he was already walking away with his attitude. Sorry but I don’t think I will be back I will pay the extra money somewhere else to get my fuel, nobody needs to be treated in adequate. I would’ve given him a nice tip instead you get this review. If there was a zero star you would’ve gotten it today I tried calling to leave a message or to talk to somebody instead of leaving a review online, but that didn’t happen. Today is April 11, 2023. The time is 1045. Unacceptable.

The manager is always rude every time I go there. Doesn't say thank you snatches my card out of my hand being rude. Just about throws my card back at me and is very rude when I ask for a printed copy. All other employees working there have been very nice. I asked one person working there why that manager is like that not knowing he was the manager and the employees response was he's like that a lot. This evening I stopped there in the hopes of someone else was working. When I pulled in to the pumps he yelled at me to pull up farther excuse me but I was waiting for the person in front of me to move. I cant say on here what the nasty language he said to me as I was pulling away and of course no one else was around. I like getting my gas there but don't likedealing with the manager. I'm going higher up to turn this employee in.

Never go here! Attendant threatened me because I refused to move my car so he could pump his friends gas first - who arrived well after me Then refused to pump and tried to punch me Went to Elm St for gas Same price Helpful attendant Will never go to East St again

Your attendant this evening cost you a $150 diesel fill. I'm from Georgia and full service stations don't exist in the south. So when some random guy walks up to my vehicle, yes I'm going to look at him confused wondering why he's opening my tank. Then when I ask what he's doing and he gets an attitude and tells me "fine you can do it yourself, I guess you don't know what full service is" then walks off. That's just not the way you treat people. I was going to fill, but your attendant made me not want to spend my money there. Bit of advice, don't cop an attitude with someone for no reason.
