The Dunkin coffee is good. The place is clean. The car wash works well. Here's my issue. About 50% of the time if I need gas when I put my card in at the pump it doesn't allow the card to be inserted, like it's blocked from inside. I won't go to another pump. I simply drive across the street or to another place to fuel up. After today won't go here again. Done.

Stopped in to pick up my duncan coffee. While I waited, I purchased a scratch off ticket and won $5.00. Went to cash it in and was told I had to print a voucher from the machine first. Ok not a problem but wasn't sure how so the cashier showed me and she was having some trouble too. It said "previously paid" and I asked why then she figured out how to print out the voucher. That's when she printed out the voucher, turned to me and said "I'll never f--kn help you again". Nice way to treat your customers. Guess who will never buy gas there again

It seems like a lot of the people that work at this gas station have worked there for a long time and are continuously rude. Neither my husband nor myself have ever gone in and had friendly customer service. I’ve also heard from other people that they have also experienced rudeness and attitude from the employees. The Dunkin employees are much friendlier! Maybe the workers at the Exxon should get some pointers?

This place is a madhouse at times customers inside, customers at the drive thru. I've seen up to six people working the DD counter. They are under the gun but somehow they get it done. Great people, always good to me. Fuel, Car Wash, Beer and Wine too!

I’m a local for about 13 years now & this is pretty much the only station I go to, love the staff they are all so polite & it’s great seeing the friendly faces, chatting for a few minutes, & great laughs have been shared 🥰
