I recently stopped by this Exxon, and I must say, my experience was far from pleasant. Right from the get-go, the service was underwhelming. The staff seemed disinterested in assisting customers, barely acknowledging our presence or needs. The state of the bathrooms was appalling - they were not just unkempt but downright filthy, with trash scattered around and a persistent foul odor that made it unusable. For a place that sees a fair amount of foot traffic, the neglect was shocking. Additionally, the prices of goods were exorbitantly high. I understand convenience stores mark up their prices, but they take it to another level, making it feel like daylight robbery for even the simplest of necessities. But what troubled me the most was learning about the owner's unethical business practices. There's a difference between running a profitable business and exploiting both customers and employees to pad profits. This realization left a sour taste in my mouth, making it unlikely that I'll ever return or recommend this place to anyone. In an era where customer service and ethical practices should be at the forefront of any business, this station falls disappointingly short. It's a stark reminder that not all establishments prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their customers. If you're in need of gas or a quick stop, I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere.
