Dino's Service Station

Went in to get my brakes bled out,it's a simple job..the guy looked at me and just said I don't want to do it. Lol it must be nice to pick and choose the automotive jobs you want. Total trash and if he didn't want to do a simple job like that I wouldn't trust him to anything more than pump my gas

The guy running/working this place should literally NEVER interface with the public!! Terrible, TERRIBLE service every time! My only excuse for going back more than once is that this is the only fill station directly on my way to work, and being rather old-school I occasionally appreciate not having to pump gas in the bad weather. The guy working here makes me WANT to stand out in the rain, however, so that's what I'll be doing from now on. Here's the deal at Dino's.... The dude ambles out of the shop like he's doing you the world's biggest favor, debasing himself to pump your gas. (Here's an idea for this business: SELF SERVICE ONLY! No one chooses full service only to be made to feel lousy for interrupting someone's lazy tinkering in a garage. Is this man getting PAID? If yes, he needs to lose the surly, condescending attitude.) Asked this jerk yesterday (curiosity, I'm not a car person) why all my tires would suddenly be so deflated and he said dryly, "Probably lack of maintenance." (Looking dismissively at the 2002 BMW I'm trying to baby along to the finish line.) NICE. He once took so long processing my credit card payment that I got distracted on my phone and literally FORGOT my card and drove away. (This guy has one speed: PARKED.) So I went back, stupidly, a few weeks later when dressed for work, needing gas, and not wanting to check my own oil. He said, "I wanna show you something," and started walking into the shop. (Okay???? Guess I'm following you in? USE YOUR WORDS!) Got in there and he gave me the card I had forgetten, making sure to make me feel like the worlds biggest dumbass for forgetting it in the first place! By that time I had replaced the card, so I asked him for a scissors to cut it up right there. Again, like asking someone to maim their firstborn. OHHHH the effort, of having to wait on a customer at a "service" station! If there was a ZERO-star option for this review I would have picked it. This place literally has customer service SO BAD it's like an exaggerated "what not to do if you wanna stay in business" video. To make it suck even harder, the former business in this spot, Bewick's, was an absolute delight! Yo Dino...keep that "mechanic" of yours AWAY from the public and switch the pump to self serve! And if the mechanic is YOU, wow. No clue what made you think you should be in a service industry. 100% dissatisfied customer OUT...I'll go elsewhere.
