Delta Gas

Avoid this place like the plague. Instructed the attendant to fill my car up. Car has a 16 gallon tank, I came in at about 1/8th. Fill up seemed to be taking awhile so I look over at the pump display, it showed it had pumped 16.8 gallons. Huh, that can't be right. I hop out of the car to take a look and what do you know, there's gas pouring out of the car and onto the ground, attendant nowhere near the car. I take the pump out after 2-3 gallons were emptied onto the concrete. Attendant tries arguing that there wasn't more than a dollars worth of gas spilled, and couldn't follow the math to determine it was more like $10 worth. On top of that now I have to monitor my car for issues with the intake. I will go up the road to pay 50 cents more a gallon from now on, these guys are brainless and have faulty equipment.

Stopped in to gas up and it was an infuriating experience! The attendant was on the phone when he came to the car window and I had no idea if he was speaking to me or on the phone. When the gas tank was full, the attendant was still on the phone in the booth. I had to take the hose out of the car and while the attendant was completing the charge on the credit card machine and he was still chatting away on the phone! How about some customer service and politeness!

Look at the Warren Community Forum on Facebook and then search for "Delta" station. I wish I had done that before going there for a car repair. My experience was terrible. When given a chance to give an explanation for the problems, the new Owner had no response. I have now shared the same negative experience as other people in the community. This place has "earned" its reputation.
