Ed the Owner is accommodating, knowledgeable and innovative. Prices are reasonable by any standard and a giveaway when compared to the Dealerships. The garage is busy so make an appointment and allow ample time.

Outstanding mechanics who are honest and charge fair prices. I have been a mechanic for over 40 years and am getting too old to do some work and will absolutely trust ed at bay hills to do this work correctly the first time at a fair price. ALL my experiences at this shop have been pleasant.

I have been there on many occasions and watched people just stop by to praise and thank Mr Truehart for his honesty and compassion. He takes pride in his work and is involed in every aspect of his business, always worried about his customers satisfaction before his own, even after hours. I have watched him make house calls, act as a taxi or tow people. Often he has lent his personal vehicle to clients in a jam . I can't say enough wonderful things about these people. Anyone who has anything negative to post about Bayhills most probably will not be satisfied anywhere, ever. Ed, Patti, Patrick, Tommy and Adolfo keep up the amazing work you are appreciated!

This man is a Jekyl and Hyde personality with a nasty temper. When he is annoyed your car will suffer for it. He was annoyed at a customer last time i was there getting my car repaired. It ended up that he put the part to be repaired on the wrong way. Everyone makes mistakes so i let it slide. I brought my car in again for multiple issues. He was in a pissy mood that day too and it cost me a fortune and my car still needs to be repaired all over again he didn't repair the problems properly and they need to be repaired all over again. When you are spending close to 900 dollars you don't expect shoddy work. RUN in the other direction and don't give this nasty man your business. I would write zero stars if i could.

Outstanding service. The mechanics are excellent. Ed Truehart is very fast, reliable and honest. So is his son Tom. Patty in the office is great with billing and was helpful answering any questions I had.
