CES Introduce

CES, located at 276 Broadway, Monticello, NY 12701, USA, provides fuel services, primarily including heating oil, to the local community. As part of the 'Nearby Gas Stations' category, CES offers essential fuel delivery for residential and potentially commercial needs.

However, customer reviews indicate significant concerns regarding customer service. Multiple reviews highlight negative experiences with the office staff. One reviewer stated, "As others have already noted, the attitude from this office is unmatched, Thank You Jessica for gaslighting our entire conversation and then hanging up on me instead of simply providing a documented solution for an unauthorized charge that was invoiced to me, as a 30-60 late charge, about a year after asking for the account to be closed and equipment be picked up. To be repeatedly told that there is no record of that conversation, yet denied the request for the current conversation to be documented is just, Yikes. Buyers Beware." This suggests issues with resolving billing disputes and a lack of transparency.

Another review emphasized poor communication and a lack of empathy, stating, "It’s always an attitude or no care for customer service when you talk to the girls on the phone. A girl lied to me on the phone telling me the driver left when he was on my driveway. I’ll be home without oil for who knows how long and they couldn’t even pretend to care about a baby being left without heating oil." This indicates potential issues with delivery coordination and a general disregard for customer needs, particularly in critical situations.

Services primarily include heating oil delivery. For specific information regarding fuel types, delivery schedules, and other services, it is recommended to contact CES directly at (845) 276-3416 or +1 845-276-3416.

Promotional information is not readily available. Due to the significant customer service concerns, it is advisable to confirm pricing, delivery details, and any potential promotions directly with CES before engaging their services.

In summary, while CES provides fuel delivery services in Monticello, NY, potential customers should be aware of the serious concerns raised by customer reviews regarding customer service, billing, and delivery reliability. Exercise caution and thoroughly verify information before using their services.

Very Nasty attitude from most staff members. Heating oil Delivery take forever compared to rivals, which in less than 5 days have your oil been delivered. Probably last time I use their services.

Person pumping gas should be more patient when asking customers to open gas tank covers. Not all people have the ability to open gas tank cover in less than 3 seconds. Ask for it to be opened. Don't knock hard enough to break a window! This is the only place to get gas where they pump it for you and people with disabilities appreciate this. People pumping gas do a good job of getting a large number of customers waited on and away from the pumps quickly. Remember if you here is a hangtag on the rearview mirror or a license plate indicating someone with a disability is in the car, it may take the driver a few more seconds to open the gas cover or give staff money. Please be patient! We do appreciate what you do.
