Byrne Dairy and Deli Customer Reviews

Honestly who’d have thought I’d have a favorite gas station but here we are. Nice people, helpful and kind. Deli open 24/7. Ice cream is literally an insane selection + great dairy options. Honestly this is hands down the only reliable place for a late night meal in a Collegetown like Ithaca - a saving Grace truly!

Stopped in for ice cream last night. The workers had no idea how to make any of the things on the menu, so we ended up paying for various items like Ice Cream Float and Frosties but ended up having to just settle for scoops of ice cream so we could get out of there.

big byrne fan here tbh. i don’t like getting tuna salad wraps at stores esp not gas stations bc they always put too much mayo in it. not the case with byrne though, i was pleasantly surprised biting into this wrap. very tasteful amount of mayo, and the lettuce is nice. and while im here, byrne diary’s pizza is weirdly good? like it’s a gas station i know but somehow the pizza is like very decent. it’s like $2 or $3 something per slice but you can buy a whole pizza for like $11 or $12. i love how they’re open 24/7 too. byrne dairy please sponsor me

It is sad to read most of the reviews and see Byrne Dairy doesn't care of their image. Or do anything to fix the issue. The Ithaca store of Byrne dairy used to be the best in town. Out of all the gas stations I have been to over the last 20 years in Ithaca. Unfortunately, my recent experience has showed me, this gas station is not too different than the rest of them. My recent experience on Friday, I went into the store to let the cashier know I was not able to run my Byrne dairy card. Been to this gas station many times for my gas. Unfortunately I know the cashiers cannot control the issue with the card machine. I proceeded to go to the cappuccino machine to get French vanilla cappuccino. All that was running out of the machine was water, I let the cashier know and all she can say in return was okay. So I stand at the machine to wait to see if somebody will come to fill it up with another package of cappuccino . After about 5 minutes of waiting, the cashier looks off at me and says with an attitude, we're probably out. My response to her with an attitude, was you could have said something in the first place. Customer service and kindness goes a long way. It doesn't take much to be nice to your customers. I would like to see better management at the store, because this has been the best store out of all the gas stations I've been to.

I just went in to grab something to eat for work, I got one of the snack trays that had hame cheese and crackers in it. I opened it up and the ham is not only brown, but is growing spots! It's absolutely disgusting, I highly suggest other customers to avoid packaged food from here.
