Byrne Dairy and Deli Customer Reviews

Poor service and poor attitude! It is dirty outside and inside. Screens were dirty and torn . Manager needs to visit! We prefer the Elbridge store

Changing my rating from 5 to 1. There's a young male there right now (12:50am 2/13/25) with greasy long hair with a hat. Was trying to cash out my food and he was slinging another customers pizza around then proceeded to beltch in his face as he's paying for his items. After I put my items on the counter he was bragging about how much alcohol he's had. The kid don't even look 21. Completely disgusted, and there's bums and addicts that lurk around there all hours of the day. Night time is arguably worse. Just be warned, don't expect any real customer service. The kid looks like he's on fetynal.

I've been to this store twice and they have turned me down on making a sandwich. Personally I feel like if they can't multitasking and make multiple things they are not the one for job. So I will not be going to this store anymore unless they get better people in there to multi task.

I've gone to this location for 5+ years. I've loved it.. but Byrne Dairy Corporate has gotten really greedy lately with their prices on almost everything, more so then other gas stations in the same city (a good example is their hot foods, a chicken sandwich is now over 5 dollars when you can go down the road to speedway and get the same item for under 4 after tax). and also they break the law by refusing to accept can returns on products they sell.
