I recently visited the BP gas station and had a terrible experience with one of their employees. The employee was rude and unprofessional, and treated me very poorly. In my opinion, the way this employee treated me was completely unacceptable. I understand that everyone has bad days, but it's important for customer service representatives to remain professional and courteous at all times. I certainly won't be returning to this BP gas station anytime soon, and I would advise others to avoid it as well.

Okay so I've been buying gas from the station I'm realizing have a good practice she'll might seem a little bit cheaper you know cuz I buy from Shell to I'm by also from Costco well it's a bit a little competition

I had to buy something to get change to buy their air to fill my flat tire. It’s a little thing, but total nonsense. I had a flat so I had no choice. Some customer service.

Gave the guy in the booth $30. When the pump ended it was at $20. I told him I gave him $30, I knew what I gave him. He played it off by looking for it but not really. He couldn't even look me in the eye. I left because I didn't want to catch a charge. I'll NEVER bring my business to this place again...

Family of two cars went to visit Dallas BBQ, there were no parking space in sight so we decided to park in BP Gas station. The signs clearly say that the parking space is $$11.00 US per car for 11 Hours, when mentioned that we were going to Dallas BBQ he raised the price despite what the sign said and charged us a total of $$40.00 for 2 cars. This cashier robbed us $18.00 and took it as a joke. Very bad service. This will be reported to 311. Do not park here, or use their service.
