Everyday i go to a hookah lounge and decided get some gas in my car and stopped at this gas station. I was standing there for about ten minutes no one came to fill up my car. So i got out approached the front door and knocked the guy working there the old guy was sleeping inside. Like come on not coming back at all. Im not gonna recommend this place to anyone.

I work on Amboy Avenue and decided to skip Wawa for gas and go to PB since it's by my job; not only was the price of gas way more expensive, but they also decided to charge me for the fuel and hold an extra $100.00. My bank stated that this should be a temporary charge however, 5 hours later it's still pending. I call the place, they said "we are not holding the money, your bank is". No, that was not correct. I have been using my debit card to get gas for over 30 years, this has NEVER happened before. I will never visit another BP gas station again.

Mr. Sunny the gas attendant is very prompted. I always feel welcome when ever I go there. He's very professional and knowledgeable. I like that, Mr. Sunny always displays good customer service. Good job!!!

I have been going here for years. Lots of money towards gas & 7/11. I Stop in 1 time for air in my tires, gas attendee said "don't have change", then I go inside, where there's 2 registers & that guy says, "cannot open register" & refers me back to guy outside!! What a waste of time and energy. Ridiculous how no body can help! Couldn't open register to give me change for my $$ for quarters. When someone such as myself needed help and to put air in my tires. Why would I want to go back there when the people are not helpful?

There's a old guy that's there in the morning. He parks his Honda right next to the door. This man never listens to anyone. He is constantly on the phone talking in his language ,which is no problem, but when you blatantly do that with a customer in front of you its extremely rude. He always locks the doors on customers and you're left standing there until he opens it. Please teach this man some customer service.
