Individual that works in the cash register on this date time 6:20 was extremely disrespectful. I bought $20 of scratch off lottery tickets return two have it cashed in The worker at that time told me that he can sell scratch tickets without cashing them in I told him that's against Lotto rules specifically states that you have to cash in tickets if you have a Lotto machine and you have the money and the machine is not broken He told me a quote he doesn't care about cash in lottery tickets and he refuses to do so end of quote I believe this employees should be fired I'm going to write to the lottery about this gas station and there lack of respect to the community for refusing to accept winning tickets lottery once again I just want to make it clear about what the employee said at this gas station he said he does not have to cash in any winning. Lottery tickets But he wants to sell as much. Lottery tickets as he can keep no he's doing again. On this date May 31 2020

Never going there again! Everywhere else debit is as good as cash but they STILL charge it as a credit card. When i asked the cashier, he stated management programmed it that way and didn't really care what anyone else thought of it. I was taken aback and told them that attitude just cost them a client especially since there is a more reasonable station right next door! Im a loyal BP customer but THIS attitude from a franchise owner just may have cost them my business.
