Thoroughly disappointed with the rebrand from Exxon to Bolla. Pros : The location is convenient, easily accessible from all directions and off the turnpike Prices are the most competitive in the area Tim Hortons coffee and doughnuts are a great addition Cons: The new pumps are digital yet annoying to use ( why try and update physical buttons that easily work) The gas is a downgrade! idk what kind of additives they are using but it’s definitely a noticeable decrease in performance and potential deposits. Exxon is top tier gas, what kind of blend is Bolla using? Does anyone know? The station is jammed constantly almost to the point of being unusable at times The removal of hot dogs and hot lunches in place of a frozen yogurt machine is questionable The removal of the easy to use Exxon app and points system in place of some future system that will definitely be less intuitive and unusable out of state 2/5 for the Tim Hortons, location, and prices but the loss of Exxon and physical pumps is a huge downgrade

The last 6 months I have been driving a few miles out of the way to go this gas station and a few other places near by. It's a good gas station . Often they have the lowest gas prices .

This station needs to take a class in on customer service and learn that the customer is always right and stop abusing customers that is not ok at all I wish I was able to give a 0 but I am not able to I will never go back again ok for now
