They should switch to all gender bathrooms; very long line for women’s room and no line for men’s room. and would be more inclusive of trans and nonbinary patrons. would be helpful to everyone!

The lady behind the counter got mad at me because she had to stop stuffing her face with munchkins to take my order. She yelled to a cowroker "I work in New Canaan where these stupid people don't know how to do anything for themselves, like use a kiosk." Since when is it too much work for a cashier to do their job?

The store itself offered a wide variety of snack options at a fair price. The facility was very clean and convenient in its location. The bathroom situation is sub optimal. Limited stalls are available and the toilet orientation was peculiar, making for a not as pleasant experience. Parking is a bit if a nightmare as well. Getting off and on from the highway is a whole adventure in itself, and there are limited spots available for the amount of customers that are going through there. Driving through that parking lot is utter chaos. You got cars parking, cars pulling out of the gas station and pedestrians walking in the road all at the same time, you gotta have your head on a swivel in there. Aside from that though we had an extremely adequate experience, don’t recommend driving in Connecticut in general but if you have to, this place gets the job done for whatever you need.

Whoever that guy is in the mornings 5am Is nit friendly, rude 0 customer service I was the only one ordered a large hot black took forever not ever coming to this one
