I had a really frustrating and disappointing experience. I arrived at 11:30 AM and initially paid $75 for a VIP service. After realizing it wasn’t the right one for what I needed, I paid the difference to bring the total to $150 for a full interior detail. I wasn’t in a rush and made that clear—I stayed until about 2 PM. To be fair, my car was dirty and definitely needed a good cleaning—and they did clean it. But unfortunately, the number of issues I encountered outweighed that basic expectation: • Two air fresheners that clip into the vents were thrown out without telling me. I had just bought seven new ones at their location because I wanted a variety of scents, so I was confused when they asked me what scent I preferred. That’s when I realized my original two were gone. They replaced them with a cheaper version. • My headrest hook (used to hang bags or sweaters) was removed and never returned. • The windows weren’t properly cleaned, and there are still areas in the car that need to be wiped down. I’ll have to go over them myself. • There was white residue on the driver’s side. They tried to say it was already there and that I needed to pay more to remove it. I knew that wasn’t true, stood my ground, and made them clean it. The manager apologized, but even after cleaning, the residue is still not fully gone. • The seats were and still are soaking wet. I had to call my son to bring me dry clothes, and now at 9 PM, the second pair of pants I changed into is completely soaked. I’m still sitting in the car waiting to pick up my son from training. • When I got into my car around 7:50 PM, my front and back windows were completely fogged up. It’s not cold outside, so I can only assume it was caused by all the leftover moisture—clearly not dried or ventilated properly. • I found someone else’s car key left in my vehicle. As soon as I saw it, I called multiple times—no answer. I’m guessing they were scrambling to find the key, which was with me the entire time. • I’m also missing the mat for my trunk. While I appreciate the manager trying to fix what she could, I was left stressed waiting for someone to pick up those misplaced keys before my own client arrived, and now I have to repurchase accessories for my car—knowing that it’ll likely be dismissed as just my word against theirs. With everything that’s happened, the need to replace items, re-clean areas, and still deal with soaking seats is more than enough to justify this review. And truthfully, I’d rather write no review at all than have to leave a bad one—but this was unacceptable.

Worst place to have your car clean I had a bad experience with bringing my car here to have a detailed cleaning for $145.00 after an hour and 30 minutes they had my car done I was surprised when they had said that they were gonna take 4 to 5 hours my car was done in one and a half hour? I was surprised. Then when I went to my car I found the seats wet. The one guy came and put a plastic over the seats 😲😲😲The steering wheel was dirty and sticky My car is smelly. I was totally disappointed with the smell my car had my car was not smelling like that funky smell…..my car only food stains on the seats and needed a good vacuum and general cleaning it didn’t even needed a detailed cleaning I even explained to the Columbian lady but she is into making money and not making the customer happy as I observed the cleaning crew they are all incompetent they gave me the impression that they don’t care of their service I told one of them that was doing the car that the seats were wet he went and got a plastic bag and place it on the driver snd passenger seat and I told him the steering wheel is dirty. I could feel it when I touched it. He wiped it down with a dirty rag I was really uncomfortable and unhappy but since I was alone I’m a female …I was was ignored completely…..i Couldn’t argue anymore and left the place ….because I was running late to work. It was about three something in the afternoon and I brought in my car at 1 o’clock. I had to go to work I went back home went to work the next day I got up my car was stinky very bad odor. I couldn’t tell what it was. Why was his stinky and then then as I was checking and doing an inspection in myself, I found the back rugs wet when I flipped them over. They were wet so that means the floor was wet. The back seats were wet too , They probably use dirty rags and dirty water. I phone call them and they took my information to call me back one of the ladies there call me back. I don’t know. She sounded Dominican she heard my complaint and she said she was gonna back back to me but she never did and but no one got back to me again. They asked me to bring my car back to them. I told her no I don’t wanna go back he was unnecessary for me to go back. I don’t live in Union City. I really don’t wanna go back.I really dont have to do this then I kept my car stinky after three weeks , my car still smell bad and then besides the smell the driver side door has a sound I don’t know what the hell they did to my door But all this is like a nightmare They are not honest people. I don’t don’t recommend or ever ever go back

I did not get what i paid for! I did the car wash and chose the platinum. I went in hopes to get all pollen debris out of my hood area but they left it all behind. The inside was not vacuumed well and trash was left behind. The center console area was not wiped well and there was still dirt left in the small crevices. Also it’s cash tip only - please consider giving a non cash tip option. Your workers probably miss out on a lot of tips because of this and in return may lower the level of excellence in their work - which reflects poorly on business.

When I first took my car to get washed here I was satisfied with the services so I kept coming back. Recently though their performance and service quality have decreased significantly. The last time I went there I payed full price for the cleaning of the outside and inside of my car and they said they wouldn’t be able to clean the inside because they didn’t have enough people. Fair enough I thought. I understood and still payed full price and left. Today I went back for a wash and I asked for their most expensive service. I asked if they could add the shine to the inside of my car like they had done so the first few times I’ve come in. Again they told me there wasn’t anyone there that could do that and I still had to pay full price. If I’m paying for their most expensive service then I expect my car to be spotless. And so far this is the worst job they have done.
