Xtreme Clean Auto Spa & Mobil 1 South Plainfield Lube Express

I've been going here periodically for over 5 years. A year ago I took our new vehicle here, and left with dirt still on the vehicle, light scratches, and a broken component on my all weather floor mats(that retail for $400 at the dealership). After that trip I no longer took this vehicle there. I still took our daily driver because it's more than 10 Years old and already has many imperfections. Today I took it and see that the prices have gone up. The basic car wash is now 25 dollars and the quality of the wash is at an all time low. There were 2 other cars there with me and mine was last. I've never seen this place so vacant. My partner made a comment about how they sent the lady before us out with water leaking from all of her door jambs (she had a jeep wrangler) As expected the job they did on our old Lexus was sub par, but what really bothered me is that they broke the clip that keeps the floor mats in place. The floor mat bandits strike again. It's one thing to not receive athe quality of a service that you pay for, but a horrible experience when you pay to have your things DAMAGED. It's rare that I leave a bad review about a place because I understand that anyplace can have an off day, but lack of quality service here has been repetitive. I leave a 2 star instead of 1 only because they were descent and had value 5 years ago. This place is a wash....no pun intended 🤔😉

I went first time there. I told to clean my car outside only. They took 16$ NP. But I was not satisfied. They didn't remove normal stains. Don't go there

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years for my oil changes on all my vehicles (diesel pickup and gas cars). The service is top notch, the team’s courtesy is exceptional regardless of how many new faces I have seen. Whoever has been managing this operation is doing a great job. Keep it up.

I’m on the verge of canceling my membership. They never clean my cup holder I’m getting tired of it. Definitely will be canceling my membership at the end of the month

We have had the monthly pass here for years. Great cleaning, and all the guys are very kind. Excellent service. They are also very honest, multiple occasions I have either had a card that had fallen under the seat , or something else valuable, and they’ve found it and left it somewhere I can see it. Highly reccomend
