Waterdrops Express Car Wash

Went through the car wash paying for the Double Drops tier. After the wash, I pulled into a vacuum stall and got out of my car to find visable dirt still in the top edge of my windshield, roof of car, and the rear window. I went back through the line and had showed the cashier that my car had not been fully cleaned. She sent me through again. After two times going through the wash, most of my car was clean, but the front bumper, grill, and hood still were filthy. The bugs on the front end still had wings attached with the dirt looking like it hadn't even been sprayed with water. I vacuumed and dried the rest of my car, went back to the cashier to get a partial refund back. The guy told me that I had to call corporate to ask for a free car wash at a later date because it was obvious that the car wash had something wrong with it, and refused to issue a partial refund. The car behind me had the same problem and was asking to go through the wash a 2nd time. The two other cars that I was parked in between at the vacuums also said that their cars hadn't been fully cleaned. Whole point of a car wash is to get your car washed. I only asked for a partial refund as I was able to get most of the car cleaned and vacuumed. Would not recommend. Fact that the onsite customer service refused to fix the problem and told me that I could call corporate and ask for a free car wash is the main reason that I will never be returning to this car wash again.

The monthly membership pays for itself if you get a wash at least twice a month. I like that I can get in and out fast, and since I can go as many times as I want, I don't always have to vacuum the inside. It's felt really nice to have a clean vehicle more often. I highly recommend it, especially because you can go to any of their locations.

This is the best car wash I've been to in years. It's very efficient, free vacuuming, and friendly helpful employees. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Not bad but the $20 wash for tire shine is not worth it. My tires looked no different after the wash (dull with dirt). I have a new car too so the tires are not old, most other places I have been too make them look dark black and shiny. This place I don’t think even gave me tire shine.

They claim to have a “spot free rinse.” This is false. I think that being on their monthly plan is somewhat helpful to be able to wash my car when ever during the week but I am not satisfied with the wash at all. Mostly my car is still dirty after each wash. I do like their compressed air and vacuums though. *edit* Their water still leaves watermarks if you don’t dry them off quickly, but if you ask them to scrub your car before they begin the wash cycle the car comes out a little more clean. Also the staff are typically friendly and helpful but sometimes they seem to be in a “get them in and out” mode so sometimes I was unable to ask them to scrub my car before they started the cycle. I recommend this place because of the convenience for sure.
