I will preface this review by saying I've never left less than a 5-star review on any organization. This is the first time where I felt compelled to leave a review less than 5 stars for a service I paid for. The first red flag was receiving a text message from the detailer, asking if I could let him into my building so he could charge his dead battery (it wasn't even 10AM). I showed him around the outside of the building where he could plug in to charge his battery. Secondly, the passenger side half of my dashboard was dusty. It was kind of funny to look at it, because the driver side half was evidently wiped and cleaned. There were quite a few things I caught that didn't make sense to me on how they were missed. I could've done the whole thing myself in an hour or so on a Saturday morning. The reason I paid for this service was strictly out of curiosity. I wanted to see if $115 (including tip) was worth it. It was not, so I will not be a returning customer. The exterior of my vehicle was pretty clean, hence the 2-star. I will be doing my own detailing from now on, as I could provide myself the same service that I paid for.

I booked WashLB here in Washington D.C. because my apartment complex was offering a promo. I would not recommend this service based on the experience I had here in D.C. First and foremost, the booking system is confusing and it does not clearly state that a larger vehicle will cost extra. I have no problem whatsoever paying extra for a 3-row vehicle, but the way it was communicated was disheartening. I received an email the night before my service to add an extra $12 for an XL vehicle if I have not done so already or "you will be charged double". It very much felt like it was not straightforward on the website as a way to charge people more. As for the service itself, I am not exaggerating how poor it was. I booked the premium service, which is the highest level of clean you can book (normally $120+ without the promo I had). The outside of the car was not done well but the inside looked like it was not touched at all. We thought they hadn’t even came for the service. I reached out to let them know how disappointing the service was and asked for a refund. They responded with an apology & that the cleaner "forgot" steps of the clean. The cleaner forgot to do a few steps completely but also did the rest very poorly. Ignoring my request for a refund, they offered to come back and fix what was not clean, which I would have accepted if it was just partially incomplete. But that was not the case so I kindly asked for a refund because I had little trust in this company to have access to my car again. The individual I was emailing with (Chris, who I believe is the owner) did not respond back to my last email and sent me a partial refund back to my credit card. Even if a partial refund was all they could do, the fact that they did not email me back and explain is unprofessional and shady. I have attached videos of my car and what I just described. I normally would not have made a fuss but I really don't think this service should be booked until they get a handle on their business. After tipping, the 50% off premium service, and the $12 XL vehicle fee - I paid $85 total & was refunded $48. I would never pay full price for this, let alone the $37 I just lost.

I would not recommend this service. I received an email from the new apartment complex I moved into about this service and was excited that there was a convenient service to have your car washed. I'm glad I didn't set up the reoccurring and started with the one time service. 1. The car does not look washed, there are multiple streaks and does not look clean. 2. I paid for extra services to have the trunk cleaned and removed everything out as requested but this was not done. 3. The whole process in leaving your key and getting the wash completed it very confusing. They don't have envelopes like they mention and they don't tell you when it's been done. I have reached out via email and via the ticketing system but have not heard back. Do not book thinking it's convenient, you're better off taking the time to go somewhere because you'll have wasted time trying to get in contact with them.
