Wash Co.

This car wash really went downhill! The wash doesn’t even clean your car anymore and it doesn’t dry at all. they recently installed a new set of vacuums when they haven’t fixed all the other vacuums that don’t work and if they do work, they forget to turn them on. I have a membership here Because it used to be very convenient and work well but this will be my last month with them!!!

Absolutely terrible. Car was left with a dirty film on tires, car, and even the simplest dirty windshield was not cleaned. AND this was after waiting in the 20+ min line. Paid for the “shine and wheel” service and received none of the above. Worst part, there’s no one to speak to or assist with the issue. Will never return.

Mediocre at best. I'm not even sure I got a different wash than the vehicle in front of me after seeing them pick a different wash than myself. After the wash, the whole car is streaked with lines (pictured) where it couldn't get basic dirt off that my pinky could with no effort. Mind you I picked the top wash, the "works". The tire shine looks like it was running out as my tires have no coating on them except a few lines here and there .

Photos are the result of their highest cost wash, "The Works", it completely missed a stripe down the middle of the car. The rest of the car was covered in water spots and soap that wasn't completely rinsed away. Looks terrible.

Today was a great experience. It’s New Year’s Eve day and I wanted to take my son to the car wash. I felt like it would be an awesome experience. I remember as a kid loving the car wash and all the water and just the you know intense in the car feeling like you’re in a roller coaster and I just wanna say I absolutely in New York. I’m not from New York had no idea how to like facilitate this. I didn’t know how to put it in neutral or that I had to be a neutral, angel Jay and Gus special shout outs!! 10 stars ❤️🤫💯🤣✅ were absolutely excellent employees and beyond employees amazing people that helped me and my son. Have a great experience at this car wash. I will be back. Thank you so much and happy New Year’s everyone
