Walnut Hill Speedwash

These guys are great, Eric and Ricky, go out of their way for customers. The center is clean and the brushes are removed and washed every night, so it doesn't scratch the paint on my BMW. Highly recommend this car wash. Thanks for taking good care of us guys. We'll keep coming back!

Not bad. I paid $25 for what I think they called the Ceramic wash?? The car was pretty clean. I then used the vacuum to clean the inside. This place seemed simpler to guide the car into than some other places I have used. No issues. There was no line on Saturday afternoon to get in.

I won’t be returning. Paid for the $10 wash and my car was still dirty. After we vacuumed I went back through the line and told the young guy that approached my car that I wanted to go through again because my car was still dirty. He said okay no problem, but when I got to Kiosk where you pay, the lady that’s always there face was all frowned up. Tells me that “it’s not going to get all the way clean, you have to wipe it” whole time stank face. “This time I’ll do it complimentary, but we don’t let you go through twice”. I guess I missed the point of paying for a CAR WASH! I said no problem I won’t be returning. That was poor customer service. My car still had visible bird crap on it as well as the little berries that fall from some trees. At the very least those shouldn’t have made it through the whole wash. Unfortunate!

Since the Walnut Hill Car wash has been changed to an automatic car wash, the price has been much more favorable. For the same price with unlimited washes, it cleans cars much better than other places. I was a member of another express car wash store for several years. But over the long term, the car didn't get cleaned thoroughly. Now, after being washed here, it's shiny. The price is very good, and the unlimited wash package allows you to wash your car twice a day. I have got memberships here for all of my three cars.

Terrible. Went through the quick carwash and not even all the dust on my car was removed. Dead bugs, dirt and bird dropping were left on the car looking the same after the wash as they did before the wash. $15 to only partly dust my car was not worth it.
