Business doesn't even deserve a one star rating.. super disappointed, I used the card reader option and it is was impossible to get the timer to stop once I finished washing my car - was charged the full amount of time due to the end button not working and for time that I wasn't even there. Awful customer service, 3 phone calls - left voicemails each time due - crickets! This place is a rip off, stay away unless you have cash and then hope you have time to hand wash your car anyway. Lost my business for good. EDIT - the owners contacted me and refunded me $8.00 for the card reader not functioning properly and also for my displeasure, sent me 8 tokens to use for future car washes. I'm unable to updating to 5 stars (due to the review standards on Google but I'll be utilizing this location again for the company rectifying this situation.

First its tokens only. Only four options to chose from. Very poorly taken care of. If you use a card it is almost impossible to get the timer to stop once you’re done washing your vehicle . The minimum to use the wash is four tokens which is four dollars. Probably one of the worst self serve carwashes ive been to in the northeast. Do not patronize local businesses like these. If you have to ,go to Wilkes Barre. Pretty sad I even have to say that . Dump!

Tokens only, one token is $1, car wash is $4 when others that are similar are $2. Put $4 in, car wash "failed' didn't turn on so it took my $4. Called phone number for money, answering machine, no call back yet. Be your own judge

Great Customer Service - I was overcharged and the owners reached out almost immediately. They reimbursed everything and compensated for the wash also.

Watch out for card skimmers! Went there the other day and my card got skimmed! Be careful
