Valet Auto Wash Cinnaminson

Beware of Valet Auto Wash Rt 130 cinnaminson I took my car through Saturday morning after just getting it back with new rims and tires on it. As the attendant is directing me forward into the tire guides, I feel a jolt to the right. As I’m drying my car I notice a chunk missing out of the driver rim. The rims weren’t even 24 hours old. They have cameras directed right at the rims. Video clearly shows my rim go in brand new, with no marks. Attendant had me fill out a report. I get a call today stating that they will not cover it because they are after market wheels. I’m not really sure why this makes a difference but this is what I’m told. This is the second time one of my vehicles has been damaged at this location. Just be careful using this facility.

DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH! My wife went there yesterday (we’ve been customers before), and while following the attendant’s directions, her car ended up hitting the vehicle in front of her. When we were contacted by their manager, Donald Irvin, regarding the incident report, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He made it clear they would not be accepting any responsibility for what happened. To make matters worse, a similar incident happened to one of my coworkers at this same location. Clearly, this is not a one-time issue. Use this car wash at your own risk. With the response below I would like to add that we asked for the video footage and were told we would need to get the police involved to get a copy. Obviously, something to hide. And does it make sense my wife hit the gas in the car wash??? Of course not. Just another business quick to take our money but not accept responsibility. Just shows the character of their staff and ownership.

Not a real solution to a clean car. I purchased what I thought was a month of service, turns out they charge your card every month. So it's not just for the month. I canceled the service and they still billed my card directly. I called to complain and the lady told me to send an email. No one ever answered my email of me asking for a refund, I had to call my bank and dispute the charges and get a new card so they wouldn't bill me every month until the end of the world. The service was okay but it does not remove road grime and tar or clean dirty rims. It's good for surface dirt and pollen but my car would still have bird poop on it sometimes. Not worth the money or inconvenience.

Good job I like to pull over and dry my car off when I’m finished. I usually get the wax job on my car. I forget which level it is but it’s quality is a good wax. It could use a little extra buffing if you have a dry cloth it’s always good to try to wipe your car down a little bit more but they make your car look excellent and my car is 13 years old
