I was just charged $40 for an incredibly horrible car wash. They basically just washed the car outside and did such a tremendous horrible job on the inside of the vehicle. Will I ever use this car wash again.

Place has gone downhill for a while. Today got the truck washed for $39 and this was the finished product. Been loyal until now just unexceptable. Mudd still on door, inside of the doors still filthy, and back of the cab uncleaned

I've been here a few times, paid for The Works, and it's the same thing with the dashboard, inside of my windows and windshield, and cupholders not being wiped down. I'll tell the girl at the register, she'll tell the guys, and it'll still be half-a'ed. Edit since it won't let replies from customers: I've asked if wiping the cupholders is included in The Works when I take my car in and the guys always say it is. So your staff is the one misinforming. And since you want me to look at what's included in The Works, it says windows and dashboard, which as I stated before still doesn't get wiped every time. Either way my car was not satisfactorily cleaned.
