Came to wash car, first bay on south side looked like it was functional and there was no sign indicating it was out of order. Put in $5.00 and the bay didn't work. My husband called the number on Google and no one answered. I went to knock on door for management and no one came out. There are no other telephone numbers to call to get refund. Don't use a bay that is empty because it might not work. Hopefully someone contacts me or my husband for a refund. I'm only giving a 2nd star because I was able to wash my cars in another working bay.

It hurts to write this review because I have been coming here for over 2 years, but I am giving this a 1 star review because for one, the presoak option hasn’t worked for the last 2 years in any bay. Additionally, I thought the soap was always low quality but today after I finished washing my car I noticed pretty bad residue from the soap. This place has so much potential because of the location and size but unfortunately due to lack of working equipment and poorly run management, it does not live up to its potential. Bummer it isn’t being bright up to its potential

Stole $2. I tried to add an extra dollar coin for extra time when I initially put my money in but it didn't give me any extra time. Then I had to get another cycle because my time ran out, and it stole a dollar coin when I was doing that. So I spent $10 for an $8 car wash that I had to do myself that I could have just done down the street at a gas station

It's self service so get ready to get wet. I usually spend between $6 and $8 on my car. We washed the RV without any issue. Granted we spent $60 doing so but it's a big job. All and all not bad. Love coming here.

I used to come to this place regularly but was in yesterday for the first time in many months. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. I went to the bay north of the office, no pressure, barely any soap (except the foaming brush that had absolutely NO SOAP AT ALL). Time was very brief, even though I put in a couple extra bucks, but maybe it just passed too fast trying to get the car clean with no soap!!! Tried to discuss it with an employee but no one is there even during normal business hours. Not even a phone number to call for problems. In sum, this place sucks!
