I absolutely love this car wash! It’s one of the only places in town where my car comes out truly clean every time. Their vacuums are also the best I’ve used—super powerful and reliable. Waylan is always super friendly and provides excellent service, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Super impressed by not only the wash but the employees working there. They really get in there to clean the nooks and crannies (depending on the level of the wash of course). While a tad more expensive than other options, in this case you get what you pay for and I am very satisfied. Highly recommend for a good deep clean of the winter salt and summer mud

Great service all around! Never had an issue here, the staff is friendly and my car always comes out spotless. Plus, they don’t refuse your car if it’s too dirty, unless the other time car wash in town.

Tidal wave does not care about their customers. They do not have anyone on site to rectify a situation. I went through the car wash in rapid city South Dakota and it ripped the antenna off of my new truck. I brought it to the attention of the guy on duty and all he said was we are not responsible for antennas. They did not mention to me about taking it off ahead of time and the only sign that says they are not responsible is very tiny and on the inside after you have already paid and the only way out is through the car wash. Just like big pharma they will do whatever they want to get your business and no matter the cost to you. Tidal wave car wash does not deal with their customers in good faith. They are worthless criminals and I will make sure everyone I know does not go there.

Well I tried to cancel before I was charged again. I Couldn't ever get someone to answer the phone mind you a week before it was due again. Even tried to do the web site thing and it was down so today Monday the charges went threw my back and the lady told me it's out of my hands you should of canceled 7 days prior. Well im pretty sure I know what a week is mam But if I can't get threw to you people who fault is that. I can't drive to the car wash car doesn't work. But still my fault because I didn't get a hold of them. Than I'm on the website realize they say they are open Saturday and Sunday till 7 and still the answer machine said on Saturday and Sunday both said we are sorry we are closed hours of operation are Monday threw Friday. Ok so now they will keep my 32.00 dollars I paid and I can't wash my car. But you can't have them transferred either. What the heck kind business offices are these people running. The people at the car wash are amazing and I knew they would of taken care of me but I couldn't get over there. I'm not unhappy with the car wash here in scottsbluff but with there business office. They can sure take money or in seconds but they won't except responsibilities for there part. And this is what happens when you trust big companies with your bank information. They don't care that one person or100 are unhappy they will just make there money from someone else. I'm so maddd
