Beware of The Washery System in Hellertown. They always had a policy that covered damage done to your car for factory installed items. Seems like when the new owners took over, the policy now is they are not responsible for windshield wipers, wheel covers, rear window wipers, and a few other things. I went back the next day to show what happened to my rear wiper. The guy said leave your name and number. No one called me back. He also said that this sort of thing happens every so often. I won't be going back again. I would give no stars if I could

Took my truck in, and after noticed all these scratches. Had to travel for work but took it back the next Saturday and the guy told me tough luck. Don't recommend at all if you care about scratches on your car.

I did the self serve, it’s decent. $2.50 for 5 mins. They have a change machine but no atm

Should avoid this car wash at all cost if you really love your car head over to a touch-less car wash. Got my brand new car washed here for the 1st time and this car wash literally damaged it. I now have deep scratches on the hood of my vehicle and windshield and owners/ their insurance company won’t take responsibility and lie. When their other locations have people writing reviews about damages done to their cars as well. Again avoid this place at all cost head over to a touch less car wash/ take your business elsewhere. Definitely never again. Terrible place and people.
