Team Express Car Wash

First time at this car wash and was extremely disappointed. $22 wash just for it to be left dirty. There were no employees available after the wash itself to wipe down my car like most places usually have. I’ve paid $29 at the wash on Somerset street in north Plainfield, and had the outside AND inside of my car washed, dried, and waxed. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Team Car Wash is easily one of the most convenient EXPRESS washes in the area. They offered me a hand towel to dry car after the wash as well as free vacuums after i'd washed my car. They were very nice vacuums and got all of the fibers out of my carpet mats. The car came out shiny and clean after a works wash and I signed up for their monthly unlimited car wash club after they offered to rescind my receipt to "try out the wash." Very happy with my visit!

Nice and convenient car wash for me. Vacuums are a huge plus. No one dries off your car at the end but personally that's what I prefer. I just bring a micro fiber towel and dry off, not difficult to do lol the free wash coupon turned me into a repeat customer 👍

**Beware** Car wash extremely inconsistent. Worst customer services in a long time. I sold my car and had a temp rental. When I went in my truck today the guy made a big issue even though I told him I sold my car I originally had on the membership. He decided to make an off color remark about the Porsche I had (which was a rental while my truck was getting worked on). Honestly corporate needs to do something about this worker on March 13th 2025 around 5:05PM (tall guy with glasses). Not only is his customer service horrible but this location is frequently not working or having issues and when I had my Porsche in the car wash it stopped half way through and no one apologized or anything. Luckily there was no damage to the car. After that customer service interaction I cancelled my membership immediately. Because I called Scotch Plains location 3 times and no one answered I had to call the Westfield location to have it cancelled. Maybe other locations are better but this put a bad taste in my mouth for this brand and I rather take my money elsewhere.

Great wash! I got the 20$ Works wash and my car came out looking brand new. Nick's customer service at the computer was top notch and sold me an unlimited car wash club package after voiding my receipt. Coming back soon!
