After coming here for a long time being a Carwash club member for all of my vehicles, and leaving a pervious 5 star review, I am devastated about their claim that I brought my Range Rover sport to their Carwash with “loose parts” on it. I have sent my vehicle through their car wash approximately 5 times since I purchased it in Jan 2025. The dryer ripped the skid skirt off my vehicle and they are not taking responsibility for it. Customers beware they will not cover damages.

Great team great job. The wheels did not get fully cleaned though. :( That was the only thing missing. Team leader was really good. I went yesterday afternoon. I’ll be back!
