Sparkle Car Wash

I usually go there because they do all the work for you and of course is expensive. I paid the most expensive which is 43. The job was done horrible . My mats weren’t even put in place , my dashboard was full what look like fingerprints , my cup holders full of dirt and the list goes on. Very disappointed

This place always does a good job and the customer service is always on point. They give my truck a good cleaning each and every time I come there. Been going here for about 6 years since moving to the area and have been very pleased with their services.

I go here all the time to get my SUV cleaned, but this time there was a lot of areas not cleaned. My center console and dashboard looked like they weren’t even touched. I paid for tire shine and the tires were not done either. I was really disappointed, as I paid for the most expensive clean option.

I’m so pissed off , they cracked my windshield and then just left my car sitting there without signaling they were done or bother to tell me “oh by the way your windshield got cracked”. I went inside to talk to the cashier but she told me I gotta go outside to find the manager, who told me that the damn crack in my windshield is because of the hot water. That makes zero sense, I washed my car several times several times, how in the world are you telling me the hot water cracked my windshield that doesn’t make any freaking sense. I’m so freaking pissed off. NEVER AGAIN . Do you know the cost of a windshield on a damn truck

Sparkle is the best in the area! Not only do they do an excellent and efficient job, but the staff is super kind and helpful as well. They helped to answer any questions I had and made recommendations on a package that best fit my car and needs. Not to mention, my car looks shiny on the outside and is spotless on the inside!
